Device driver problems

When you encounter any problems installing the hardware key-Hasp driver software, there is one solution that never failes but requires your input:
1. Insert the 'Rubo Dicom Viewer' CD
2. Browse the CD and go to the folder '\Hasp\Hinstall'
3. Run 'install.bat'

The driver will now be forced to install, this could take up to 2 minutes. Wait for the message 'The operation was completed successfully.'

When you do not have the CD at hand, download the latest drivers via our web site or download hinstall directly to your PC here. Run this file to unzip.
