Download the software, run it and copy the 2 unpacked files anywhere. Start the software and either double click to load or press right mouse button for the pop-up menu.

VISTA USERS, read this:
The software needs to register its class, this can only be done at administrator level. It doesn't matter whether you are the administrator or not, please do the following:
1. Go to the folder where you have stored the dicomparser.
2. Right click 'dicomparser.exe' and select 'Run as administrator'.
You're done, the class is now be registered at administrator level and you can start the parser as you do normally.
